Admin in Sick
Bay. Programmed a Medical Tickler System in dBase III+ to keep track of
who needed what shot/physical when that was stolen by the base IT folks
and distributed to all the Sickbays on base. They ruined it. I did
pretty well here except for the 'humps'. Seemed I was always the last
in. Even taking Shorin Ru Karate out in the civilian world!
Lived in Escondido in a house with a pool. Mariah lived with us awhile. My youngest son, Patrick James, was born at the Naval Hospital, San Diego. He drowned in our pool when he was 18 months old. |

| HM1. I ran the place. Not very well but I was in charge! <G> Got relieved of the place (by a Psychiatrist!) when I tried to remove the HM rating from a slacker who couldn't see patients nor go into the field. Wouldn't have bothered me but it had been going on for a year. Not good for moral for those who were doing their jobs and going into the field. Ah well... | |
